๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Plan, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across major platforms.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and optimize.
  • Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Creative to develop and test high-performing assets.
  • Manage relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and partners; identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Fraud, Product, Data, Creative, and Sales teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience.
  • Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and large budgets.
  • Bilingual in English + Japanese (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
  • Experience with SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs, and major UA platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
