📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end user research across the product lifecycle.
• Translate business and healthcare questions into research plans.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, Clinical, Regulatory, and Eng teams.
• Synthesize findings into insights, frameworks, and action-oriented roadmaps.
• Plan and manage multiple concurrent research initiatives.
• Design and facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of user research in product, healthcare, or tech.
• Expertise in generative and evaluative research methods.
• Facilitates workshops and cross-functional decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling across audiences.
• Lead complex research initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
