📋 Description

• Lead research across Core Banking and shape Personal Banking strategy.
• Partner with Core Banking leaders, Product, Design and senior stakeholders.
• Define and land Monzo’s global research operating model for expansion.
• Connect customer insights across collectives to identify themes and gaps.
• Blend qualitative and quantitative signals to inform leadership decisions.
• Manage managers and 6-8 direct and indirect reports with high research quality.

• Leading senior researchers and research managers in a complex product org.
• Influence product strategy through research at organisational/executive levels.
• Bring disparate customer insights into a coherent strategic narrative across product areas.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering and Data Science to influence roadmaps.
• Coach research leaders across multiple teams.
