🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience as a product/user researcher in a tech environment with strong hands-on
Solid quantitative research skills including survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and core
Sharp critical thinking to scope research efficiently and deliver focused, actionable insights
Strategic mindset to partner with product stakeholders and tie findings to business impact
Compelling communication skills to turn complex findings into clear narratives
Experience mentoring junior researchers or non-researchers
