📋 Description

• Own the research strategy and roadmap for a core product area, identifying the highest-impact
• Frame ambiguous questions into focused research plans, selecting the right qualitative
• Lead mixed-method research across the product lifecycle, including discovery, concept testing

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience conducting user or product research, with a track record of leading
• Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the judgment to choose an
• Experience owning research from problem framing through activation, including study design
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, work autonomously, and prioritize competing research needs in a
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to connect multiple evidence sources
• Exceptional collaboration, influence, and communication skills, with a proven ability to align
