📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end user research with goals and methods.
• Engage customers to define needs, personas, and use cases.
• Conduct formative, evaluative studies, usability tests, data analysis.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and artifacts.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of customer-centered research experience.
• End-to-end research across multiple product areas (design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting).
• Deep knowledge of UI design and usability evaluation techniques, task analysis, and experimental design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Enterprise/B2B software experience is a plus; willing to learn quickly and proactive.
