📋 Description

  • Plan and conduct moderated user interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiry sessions.
  • Synthesize findings into personas, journey maps, and opportunities informing decisions.
  • Maintain a living research repository for the wider team.
  • Design and facilitate usability studies on ecommerce flows (PDP, cart, checkout).
  • Define navigation patterns, content hierarchy, and interaction models.
  • Build interactive prototypes to validate flows with users and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in UX design or research with a strong portfolio.
  • Deep expertise in user research methods and usability testing.
  • Strong IA and interaction design; proficient with Figma low-fidelity prototyping.
  • Experience planning usability studies; Maze/Hotjar/UserTesting.
  • Bachelor’s in HCI/Design/Psychology or equivalent.
  • Headless e-commerce (Shopify) experience is a plus; cross-team collaboration.
