🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and libraries.
  • Fluent in Figma; strong tooling; AI-assisted workflows.
  • Hands-on usability testing and product analytics integration.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and accessibility by default.
  • Autonomous worker who ships high-quality solutions with minimal oversight.
