Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
• Set direction by creating clear and impactful strategies while also sweating the details through
• Balance speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through both optimizations and 0-1 product
• Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for experimentation, data, and systems thinking
• Collaboratively improve our component systems to ensure consistent, high quality experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience
• Excellent craftsmanship
• An understanding of the technical and logistical obstacles that create friction during live
• The mindset of a challenge, changemaker, and innovator
• 4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday
• A passion for live experiences
