Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead discovery, research, and feature definition for Workbench.
• Involved during development, rollout, and adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and leadership to scale the product.
• Design lean experiments to test hypotheses and iterate quickly.
• Synthesize research insights and present findings to team and leadership.
• Work with engineers to balance technical constraints with UX opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong UX design: research, prototyping, interaction, systems.
• Curious to dive into technical details with engineers.
• Experience designing workflows and communicating information to users.
• Proficient in low-fidelity sketching and rapid prototyping.
• Clear articulation of design problems, tradeoffs, and impact.
• 4+ years on cross-functional teams; Bachelor's or equivalent; Figma/Adobe XD.
