Senior UX Designer, DTC Web

📋 Description

• Own UX/UI across Life360's DTC web surfaces.
• Prototype and run A/B tests with Site Optimization Manager.
• Map the full customer journey across web surfaces.
• Lead qualitative research: plan and moderate interviews.
• Synthesize qualitative signals with funnel data.
• Design with LTV in mind for onboarding and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years UX/UI design with portfolio; degree in UX or related.
• Experience designing for ecommerce/DTC web (subscription flows, checkout).
• Hands-on qualitative research: plan/moderate interviews and usability tests.
• Proficiency with Figma; design system maintenance.
• Familiar with session recording and heatmaps (Noibu/Hotjar/FullStory).
• AI-assisted prototyping tools and strong A/B testing knowledge.
