Senior UX Designer, DTC Web

📋 Description

• Own UX/UI design across digital commerce experiences including checkout and product pages.
• Lead customer-centered design and establish UX standards across teams.
• Create prototypes for A/B and multivariate testing; translate goals into design solutions.
• Conduct user research via interviews, usability studies, and concept tests.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, creative, merchandising, and optimization teams.
• Maintain scalable design systems and ensure accessibility and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showing craft and research-driven decisions.
• Ecommerce, DTC, or subscription product experience.
• Strong qualitative research skills: interviews, usability studies, concept tests.
• Proficiency with Figma and contributing to design systems.
• Experience designing responsive, mobile-first web experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in User-Centered Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or equivalent.
