Senior UX Designer, Monetization

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers
• Learn from streamers and viewers about how they use Twitch and what they want
• Think creatively to solve problems that sustain streamers communities
• Improve existing design patterns and approaches across Twitch product experiences
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data to develop hypotheses and improve designs
• Mentor and grow junior designers and help instill best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of practical UX design experience focused on content discovery/engagement
• Strong interaction design and visual craft with mobile prototyping
• Experience incorporating AI tooling in design workflows
• Experience streaming, broadcasting software, or creating UGC content
• Proven ability to collaborate with designers, researchers, PMs and engineers
• Expertise with Figma
