Senior UX Designer, Monetization

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Learn from streamers/viewers about their needs and desires.

• Present work in design reviews and feedback sessions.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years UX design with content discovery/engagement.
• Prototyping mobile experiences and strong interaction/visual craft.
• Experience with AI tooling in design workflows.
• Experience with streaming, broadcasting software, or UGC content.
• Proven collaboration with designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers.
• Expertise with Figma.
