Senior UX Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a team of designers, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, and cultivate
• Run Agile design ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, design reviews) integrated
• Own end-to-end design for features as needed (discovery to handoff), and review/elevate team output.
• Act as primary design liaison to Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders; negotiate scope
• Synthesize usability testing and behavioral analytics (FullStory, Pendo) into design decisions
• Champion AI-augmented design workflows (Figma AI, Claude) and set adoption goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in UX/Product Design, including 3+ years directly managing designers.
• Hands-on experience running Agile scrum ceremonies and integrating design into agile cycles.
• Full command of end-to-end product design ownership from discovery to production handoff.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including component architecture, auto-layout, variables, and
• Hands-on experience building, governing, and scaling Design Systems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design practices.
