• Plan, manage, and execute on user research programs across focused product areas
• Collaborate with design, product, and analytics to build research projects that align with
• Guide product and design on the research methodology, question framing, and other best practices
• Identify emerging customer and user needs to support the development of new products
• Synthesize learnings from past research and analytics data to tell compelling stories and lead

• Experience conducting mixed-method qualitative and quantitative research
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your work, research philosophy, and impact
• An entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with a bias toward action and the ability to lead
• The ability to craft engaging presentations and compelling stories that influence stakeholders
• A strong desire to understand our users and how our product contributes to their success
• Experience using AI to plan studies, synthesize feedback, and work more efficiently
