Senior UX Researcher - Privileged Access Management (PAM)

📋 Description

• Lead PAM research roadmap; collaborate with design, product, and engineers
• Own and prioritize PAM research initiatives across teams
• Employ flexible research methods (generative or evaluative)
• Facilitate cross-discipline research to drive clarity and decisions
• Develop customer empathy and knowledge of audiences inc admins and end users
• Present research findings to diverse audiences across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years product research experience or Masters/PhD with 2+ years in product development
• Experience with usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, and similar methods
• Translate research into business impact through technical understanding
• Proficiency in communicating findings with cross functional partners
• Experience with products for developers, administrators, or other technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in anthropology, sociology, psychology, HCI or related field
