🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX strategy, product design, or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Experience shaping UX strategy for complex, multi-surface products.
• Strong foundation in user research, interaction design, and IA.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
