• Led UX strategy for CMS-backed, data-driven platforms.
• Strong IA, content modeling, and system-level UX design.
• Independent, strategic decision-maker with limited oversight.
• Experience in policy-driven, regulated environments preferred.
• Excellent client-facing skills: workshops and strategic presentations.
