Senior UX Strategist

📋 Description

• Design and execute generative and evaluative UX research studies, including user interviews, diary
• Conduct foundational research to understand user workflows, operational contexts, challenges
• Scope research approaches thoughtfully, balancing methodological rigor, project timelines
• Partner closely with designers throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, UX research, design strategy, or another closely
• Demonstrated experience independently leading both generative and evaluative research initiatives.
• Strong practical knowledge of research methods such as user interviews, diary studies, usability
• Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable product or design recommendations and
• Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to guide workshops, discussions, and collaborative
• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities, including the ability to communicate complex
