📋 Description

• Lead UX initiatives from discovery to delivery across digital products.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research; synthesize insights.
• Define UX strategies aligned with product and business goals.
• Create user journeys, flows, IA, and experience maps.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Produce UX documentation, including personas and design specs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX or UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience designing responsive web apps.
• Hands-on user research and usability testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English (C1–C2) required.
