Senior UX/UI - Product Designer

📋 Description

• Develop designs from concept to pixel-perfect final for web and mobile.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming to shape digital experiences.
• Mentor juniors and help evolve the design system; present to leadership.
• Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations that communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Design across mobile, tablet, and desktop and ensure brand consistency with product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Strong portfolio showing digital product design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience leading design decisions and mentoring peers; contribute to design system evolution.
• Excellent English and ability to work with US clients.
