Senior Value Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to drive value delivery for key accounts.
• Identify stakeholders, translate Elastic capabilities into business benefits.
• Lead value reviews and business cases; communicate realized value.
• Analyze customer workflows to find opportunities for optimization.
• Create and deliver executive boardroom documents.
• Work with product and engineering to tailor Elastic solutions for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in value engineering or related customer-facing roles
• Advanced knowledge of value-based-selling methodologies
• Experience building and briefing executive business cases
• Interest in progressing on the technical side of selling Elastic
• Identify and prioritize use cases; drive value delivery
• Based in Germany with business-fluent German and English; travel ~2x/month
