Senior Value Engineer - Public Sector

📋 Description

• Lead AI-driven value transformation for Public sector in the Netherlands.
• Combine technical execution with consulting and project management alongside Lead/Principal VEs.
• Orchestrate end-to-end value journeys using the Celonis Context Model.
• Collaborate to ensure ROI and platform fit within customer tech stacks.
• Drive multi-region, multi-unit transformation programs with executive sponsorship.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value
• AI fluency with enterprise IT experience (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle); leverage AI
• Builder mentality; able to shape direction within an account team and pursue high-impact solutions.
• Proven in process improvement and value realization with strong strategic program and stakeholder
• Deep Public Sector domain knowledge; fluent English and Dutch with executive presence.
• Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or Business Analytics degree or technical minor with
