Senior Value Engineer - Scale Team

📋 Description

• Drive value adoption and sponsorship across a portfolio of customers and partners.
• Establish robust Centres of Excellence and coach customers to own their value journey.
• Strategically manage partners to deliver account work and drive customer health.
• Lead scalable programs (value bootcamps, 1:1 sprints, POV development, value sprints).
• Build stakeholder trust and maximize impact via efficient, scaled interactions.
• Use AI-powered tools to monitor portfolio health and surface renewal risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years executing post-sales journeys and value realization across a portfolio.
• Broad industry/domain expertise with ability to context-switch and share best practices.
• AI & technical fluency: High AI fluency; leverage copilots & intelligent agents to accelerate workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management: Build trust across technical users and executives.
• Scaled engagement: Experienced speaker with webinars, cohort enablement, and community engagement.
• Degree & language: Engineering/CS/Math/Analytics degree; native German proficiency required.
