🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier relations
• Hands-on experience working with or within BPO providers
• Strategic and commercial mindset, balancing long-term relationship value with sharp commercial
• Confident communicator at the intersection of multiple teams, collaborating with internal CS hubs
• Strong grasp of numbers, owning cost management processes end-to-end including budget oversight and
