  • Own regional and site-level vendor performance across regions and vendors
  • Drive revenue, pipeline, productivity, conversion, quality, and forecast targets
  • Inspect funnel health; identify issues in quality, speed, routing, or staffing
  • Run WBRs/MBRs/QBRs, scorecards, governance, and corrective actions
  • Hold vendor leadership to frontline coaching, staffing, and execution

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in vendor management, sales ops, or related roles
  • Direct experience managing outsourced sales/vendor ops at scale
  • Experience in software/SaaS/cloud/ads or high-velocity environments
  • Experience with Tier 1 outsourced sales providers
  • Strong funnel metrics, conversion, pipeline quality, forecast, QA, ramp
  • Ability to influence senior vendor leaders using data and action plans
