Senior Vendor Performance Manager, North America

📋 Description

• Fully own revenue growth and quota attainment for the SMB segment in assigned markets
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with the vendor; manage actions to completion
• Drive optimizations of workflows at vendor sites while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Work closely with vendor and internal teams to deliver timely training and updates
• Build and execute scaled sales strategy initiatives for high-value SMBs
• Shape Reddit's Ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and campaign metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales, client services, or operations
• 5+ years of sales vendor management or sales leadership experience
• Advertising/marketing experience
• Experience partnering with or working for digital agencies
• Experience selling into the SMB segment with a history of exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication and project management skills
