📋 Description

• Own strategic relationships with key operational vendors
• Position partners within Oyster’s global employment ecosystem
• Ensure partners deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
• Manage full vendor lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing management
• Monitor vendor KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks
• Lead business reviews and present performance insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Vendor Management or related
• Experience in EOR/global employment or intl ops
• Strong in partnerships and stakeholder relationships
• Leading commercial negotiations and partner performance
• Analytical, data-driven with problem solving
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
