📋 Description

• Lead VFX production for live-service titles
• Define VFX style and quality standards with art directors
• Produce assets: effects, simulations, textures, materials
• Manage tasks, schedules, mentoring, docs for VFX teams
• Improve VFX pipeline with engineers/tech artists
• Investigate VFX issues in DCC tools/game engines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years VFX production for games or equivalent
• Proven leadership in production direction
• Ability to guide team quality via feedback
• Deep timing, motion, silhouette, weight, volume understanding
• Proficient with Maya, Houdini, Photoshop
• Real-time VFX with Unreal Engine/Unity or proprietary engine
