• Set enterprise-wide clinical strategy, standards, and performance expectations in partnership with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree such as an MBA, MHA, or related qualification is
• 12+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including substantial responsibility for
• Demonstrated success improving both financial and clinical performance across multiple markets
• Strong understanding and practical experience with value-based care models, programs, performance
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing leadership teams through periods of
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with both
