📋 Description

• Lead global teams across pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, delivery, and customer
• Define delivery strategies, governance, and processes to improve quality and scalability.
• Oversee customer solution evaluations, architecture design, deployment planning, and execution.
• Ensure on-time project delivery, quality standards, and operational readiness for programs.
• Manage technical escalations and provide executive oversight for strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading global technical organizations in telecom, broadband, cloud software, SaaS, or
• Experience supporting Tier 1/2 providers with complex deployments.
• Proven leadership in global pre-sales, solutions architecture, delivery, or customer engineering.
• Strong understanding of broadband, Wi-Fi, cloud platforms, OSS/BSS, and service provider ops.
• Experience building and scaling international technical teams.
• Executive communication skills to influence across technical and business functions.
