📋 Description

• Own and lead People Operations strategy to scale the organization.
• Drive Talent Acquisition to source and onboard top defense/tech talent.
• Create high-impact Learning & Development frameworks and mentorship.
• Partner with exec leadership on workforce planning and org design.
• Foster a performance-driven culture with rigorous performance management.
• Ensure risk and compliance with federal regulations and security controls.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years HR leadership with ownership of People Ops, L&D, and TA.
• Proven track record scaling tech or defense-contracting organizations in high growth.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Greenhouse, Salesforce, HRIS).
• MBA or Master’s in HR/OD preferred; SaaS/defense-tech scaling experience.
