📋 Description

• Define and own the long-term marketplace strategy for supply/demand and global growth.
• Own the marketplace P&L with revenue, growth costs, and unit economics.
• Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention on both sides of the marketplace.
• Manage liquidity by calibrating demand against supply capacity.
• Drive pricing and yield optimization across venue tiers.
• Lead the Culture Calendar to stay ahead of the market and drive membership targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a high-growth consumer marketplace, membership, or luxury product.
• Deep fluency in marketplace economics: inventory, demand, pricing, and premium balance.
• Proven track record scaling a consumer product in VC-backed or startup environments.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams across marketplace, operations, and brand.
• Ability to set vision, define organizational structure, and hold teams to measurable outcomes.
• Builder's mindset toward AI and data, leveraging analytics for pricing and forecasting.
