Senior Video Lead

📋 Description

• Lead editing and post-production of video and motion content.
• Manage and mentor the Mexico City Motion Designer/Video Editor team.
• Collaborate with Senior Producer on production scheduling and timelines.
• Oversee GenAI video output, manage feedback rounds.
• Set post-production standards for color, audio, motion, and formats.
• Coordinate edit reviews with the Associate Creative Director and Account team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior video editing roles.
• Expert: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio across social, long-form, motion graphics.
• Experience leading or mentoring a post-production team.
• Familiar with GenAI tools (Runway, Pencil) and AI workflows.
• English proficiency; Spanish is an advantage.
