📋 Description

• Lead editing and post-production for client video and motion content.
• Manage Bogotá City-based Motion Designers and Editors, provide direction.
• Plan production schedules with Senior Producer and delivery timelines.
• Oversee GenAI video output (Pencil/Runway) for relevance.
• Maintain post-production quality standards: color, audio, graphics, delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior video editing/lead roles.
• Expert in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve; After Effects a plus.
• Strong portfolio across social, long-form, motion graphics, branding.
• Proven experience leading a post-production team.
• Familiar with GenAI tools (Runway, Pencil) and AI workflows.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.
