πŸ“‹ Description

  • Lead VIP client relationships in NEA, including institutions and ultra-HNW individuals.
  • Identify unspoken client needs; deliver senior client intelligence reports.
  • Design and own client service frameworks, incl. tiers, escalations, SLAs.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and ops; shape VIP GTM and product launches.
  • Mentor junior RMs; provide reviews and onboarding support.
  • Drive VIP acquisition through partnerships, events, and exec networking.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in private banking, institutional sales, or VIP client management in international finance.
  • Proven ability to build and own senior-level relationships (C-suite, family offices).
  • Experience designing/improving client service processes.
  • Experience with crypto exchanges or trading platforms preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking; influence product direction and commercial strategy.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguity.
