• Proven track record building Brazil/LATAM client networks incl. institutions & HNWIs.
• Crypto/trading platform or fintech experience.
• 4–6 years in sales, account management, or client services.
• Native/bilingual Portuguese; proficient English.
• Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Deep crypto/web3 interest and market knowledge for Brazil.
