Senior Visual Designer

📋 Description

• Develop design systems, campaigns, illustrations, and motion graphics for Canopy brands.
• Lead campaign creative from concept to production and final QC.
• Use AI tools to speed ideation, workflows, and content development.
• Strengthen brand systems across PeopleLoop, Sequoia, Transform, Semper Virens.
• Maintain visual consistency across digital channels while respecting each brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet briefs, standards, goals, and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in visual design, branding, and digital marketing (B2B preferred)
• Portfolio showing conceptual thinking, art direction, and design systems
• Experience using AI tools in creative workflows
• Strong strategic thinking about brand systems across multi-brand environments
• Proven ability to lead campaigns from concept to completion with quality
• Excellent typographic and layout skills
