📋 Description

• Own the design vision for growth marketing initiatives.

• Lead 0→1 initiatives from ambiguity to launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of visual design in brand, growth marketing, or similar.
• Strong portfolio across web, email, paid media, landing pages.
• Lead visual strategy for campaigns, launches, or GTM.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; design systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, content; data-informed.
• Preferred: healthcare/digital health or consumer subscription.
