Senior Visual Designer

📋 Description

• Design and productionize high-quality visual assets across every marketing channel: paid social
• Produce and edit video content for marketing and brand campaigns, from social cuts to longer-form
• Own the visual execution of campaigns end to end, turning briefs from marketing and growth into
• Partner with copywriters, growth marketers, and external vendors and agencies to bring concepts to
• Push Kin's brand forward in your day-to-day work, not just executing briefs but evolving the visual
• Shape Kin's evolving visual language as we reposition from home insurance to a broader

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of visual design experience in a brand or marketing context, with a portfolio that shows
• Proven ability to produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, from short social cuts to
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro and AfterEffects for video) and Figma.
• Experience designing for paid social, landing pages, and lifecycle/email, with an understanding of
• A self-starter who can work across multiple mediums and manage several projects at once without
• Experience designing landing pages for A/B testing and iterating based on results.
