Senior Visual Designer

📋 Description

• Lead high-impact creative projects across marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand
• Collaborate with Studio, Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing to
• Extend and refine Attio’s visual identity and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Maintain a high bar for visual quality in typography, layout, motion, and craft.
• Mentor designers and external partners to raise the wide Studio team's output.
• Shape creative direction for key marketing initiatives as the company grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio across digital marketing and
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; strong typography, composition, and motion
• Experience designing for fast-paced startups, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology with a focus on
• Creative leadership: able to lead marketing design initiatives and collaborate across
• Independent thinking with strong conceptual development and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent execution across multiple complex projects while maintaining high quality and
