Senior Visual UI Designer

📋 Description

• Lead and execute highly polished visual design for Americas region clients
• Create design concepts, typography, layouts, branding across platforms
• Collaborate with UX, strategists, writers, developers and other designers
• Contribute to design systems, style guides and assets for development
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
• Stay current with AI-assisted design tools and motion/prototype practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years agency or studio experience in visual/UI design
• Excellent communication and ability to present to North American team and clients
• Fluency in English; strong storytelling and concept articulation
• Proficiency in Figma and AI design tools, plus motion/prototyping capabilities
• Experience building design systems and collaborating across disciplines
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital experiences and multi-channel work
