📋 Description

• Lead and manage wage and hour class action litigation and other complex employment-related cases.
• Handle all key stages of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and
• Conduct and oversee discovery, including developing litigation strategies and managing document
• Prepare and argue motions and represent clients during hearings and other court appearances.
• Take and defend depositions, applying strong oral advocacy and litigation skills.
• Develop and execute case strategies in matters involving wage and hour violations, unfair business

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Prior experience handling class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour matters is required.
• Active license to practice law in Minnesota, or an active license in another US jurisdiction with
• Demonstrated experience managing civil discovery and litigation proceedings.
• Strong oral advocacy skills and experience appearing before courts.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions.
