Senior Warehouse Industrial Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end launch strategies for new fulfillment centers (CapEx ownership)
• Define network-wide storage standards and automation architecture
• Data-driven layout design using CAD/SketchUp with analytics
• Establish robust BI/SQL metrics and executive governance
• Cross-functional and vendor leadership with SLAs and risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years in industrial engineering, fulfillment network planning, or large-scale logistics program mgmt
• Proven track record scoping budgeting and deploying $5M+ capital projects
• Advanced AutoCAD/SketchUp for facility layout; SQL, Power BI, Python, FlexSim
• Strong leadership to influence executives and manage cross-functional teams
