• End-to-end ownership of mid-size design projects; strong delivery.
• Data-driven design: A/B tests, web analytics, conversion optimization.
• Strong marketing fundamentals; SEO, accessibility, brand systems.
• Collaborative cross-functional work with marketers, developers, content teams; proactive.
