📋 Description

• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, retention, and conversion
• Develop dashboards and datasets that serve as the trusted foundation for product decisions
• Track and analyse customer interactions across digital products, ensuring data accuracy and
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation, providing data-driven insights
• Work with engineers to ensure correct data capture on frontend and backend, validating event
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to define metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a Digital Product or Web & App Analyst with focus on user behaviour
• Proficient in BI tools such as Looker Studio, QuickSight, Power BI
• Proficient in Web & App analytics
• Confident in writing SQL daily for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Solid understanding of event data structure, capture, and validation across frontend and backend
• Proactive and thrives in fast-paced environments
