Senior Web Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own all phases of complex, cross-functional digital programs from ticket management to delivery
• Develop holistic program plans including business requirements and technical specifications
• Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables and manage risks
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and delivery quality
• Facilitate team discussions and remove project impediments
• Define website functionality in partnership with stakeholders and coordinate launches

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years project management experience at a digital agency or internal digital department
• Proficiency with project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Google Sheets) and experience with
• Experience integrating AI tools into program management processes
• Strong understanding of digital production process and scoping requirements
• Experience launching digital solutions with continuous improvement
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $115,727.50 - $194,500 USD, plus eligibility for initial RSU grant
