Senior WEM AQM Prompt Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical authority for Five9 AQM Prompt Engineering within Specialized Services.
• Define standards, assets, and reusable prompts for complex customer engagements.
• Mentor and guide the WEM AQM Prompt Engineer team (x3).
• Drive continuous improvement using performance data and platform updates.
• Partner with customers and pre-sales to translate QM strategy into design.
• Lead production deployment and escalation for high-value engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Speech Analytics or QM leadership roles.
• Expert in Verint, NICE CXone, Genesys or equivalent.
• Formal prompt engineering qualification or strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior and prompt strategy.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• BA/BS or equivalent; advanced degree advantageous.
