Senior Werum PAS-X MES L2 Support & Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide Level 2 support for Werum PAS-X MES across manufacturing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot MES incidents and integration issues per SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Manage PAS-X administration: users, roles, permissions, and config.
• Support MBR/EBR lifecycle: updates, deployments, maintenance.
• Maintain PAS-X integrations with enterprise systems, SAP PP-PI.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Werum PAS-X MES in pharma/manufacturing.
• Hands-on Level 2 MES support in production environments.
• Expertise in PAS-X administration, configuration, and support.
• Experience managing MBR and EBR lifecycles.
• Experience with MES integrations, esp SAP PP-PI connectivity.
• Strong GMP, CSV, and regulated environment knowledge.
